How long will my order take to reach me?

• Orders placed before 11:59pm AEST Monday – Friday will be shipped next day
• Orders placed after 11:59pm Thursday, and over the weekend, will be shipped Monday

It depends on your location, but on average we have found that parcels arrive within 2 – 5 days after leaving our warehouse.

Who delivers my order?

We send Australian orders with AusPost and.

When your order leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver it to you. Should you have an issue with your order when it is in transit, please contact the courier company - they can update your delivery address, redirect your order and provide further information on issues you may have.

How can I track my order?

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

We want you to love shopping with us, which is why we offer a 30 day return or exchange policy.

• Products can only be returned within 30 days of receipt
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are discounted by 40% or more. These items are final sale
• Products must be unworn, unwashed unstained and unperfumed
• Products must have all swing tags still attached
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on change of mind items
• We do not accept exchanges for different products/colours; only different sizes
• We do not offer free returns – you must cover the cost of postage yourself
